What’s it like working in Graphic & Web Design? Do most people stick at it and do they enjoy it? I’ve only ever met 2 people who have left the profession.

Several friends of mine are in the branch and they wouldn't even think about a change. However, AFAIK 90 % of the work is pretty annoying as anywhere else (periodic discount leaflets, e-shop sales promotion etc.).
